Breaking news… Mandelson to speak at Northern Regeneration Summit

The new secretary of state for business, enterprise and regulatory reform, the Rt Hon Peter Mandelson, has confirmed that he will speak at the Northern Regeneration Summit on 23rd October. For details of the updated programme click here

Now in its second year, Regeneration & Renewal will host the Northern Regeneration Summit & Exhibition at the prestigious Manchester Central.

This event brings together the public sector bodies offering development opportunities and the private sector investors which have the resources to bring them to fruition.

It will also attract the professional advisers who can help turn investment opportunities into completed schemes that benefit both investors and local communities.

The event has five constituent parts, each designed to bring private and public sector organisations together to create a unique networking opportunity.

	Northern Regeneration Summit: A high level conference for paying delegates, focussing on how the North can attract the investment needed to realise its social, economic and environmental potential.
	Northern Regeneration Exhibition: An exhibition showcasing regeneration and development opportunities in the North and the professional service providers who can help bring them to fruition.
	Developers' and Investors' Forum: A series of free specialist seminars for developers, property investors, property agents, house builders, housing associations and end users.
	Sponsored Workshops: Taking place throughout the exhibition will look in detail at specific regeneration opportunities available within the North of England.
	Northern Regeneration Dinner: A networking event held at the Manchester Town Hall, where visitors, delegates and exhibitors will be able to meet and entertain both new and existing clients.
